Shipping & Returns

Be return policy All items will be returned to us must be in their original condition ie worn, can be changed or washed, with all tags attached. Dirty items will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges. All returned items we have sent to the address. Once we receive the goods back, we will your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping costs.

The item must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no signs of wear on the product, any labels attached, and must not have been sized or altered in any way. If an order is not returned after 30 days and accepted in our warehouse, only credit issued (minus 25% restocking fee).

For sale items Poster offered at more than 25% of the original price, can only be exchanged for a different size, position or credit. There will be no guarantee.

Damaged or defective items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours after delivery). Print return instruction and fill product Satisfaction Form. Simply enter if you want a credit or replacement and return via UPS or USPS mail. When you send mail, we recommend to assure you the package.

Return shipping is to be covered by the buyer. To protect yourself, we recommend you the entire purchase price by a carrier that provides package tracking, as the US Postal insure Service by registered post, United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or Federal Express for product changes, to cover the cost resend it new item back to the customer. If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit presented by your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time designated for your bill "credit". Allow it to appear two billing cycles for the refund on your bank statement.
